These new conveniently themed settings app for windows 10 can't do pretty much anything for that matter. Its always the good old control panel or something. And please behave like humans. Don't reply with things like asking me to check the troubleshooter or check for error messages, because coincidentally, I happen to have a brain, and it enables people like us to think and take all possible basic solutions before asking for help.
